Don Weinreich

Partner, FAIA

I am fascinated by the process of design, and with designing processes enabling complex creative processes. Architecture is a complicated endeavor, often requiring large teams. Under the right conditions, teams become totally committed to their project and celebrate the contributions of each team member. Under these conditions great Architecture is born. As a management partner in the firm, guiding projects to success is my principal focus and my greatest joy. Four fundamental tenets characterize my approach to project management: choosing the right team and empowering them with the best tools and resources, open and candid communication among project participants, solid but flexible implementation plans, and decisive leadership. I am convinced daily that professional practice offers boundless opportunities for creativity and I thrive on constantly refining Ennead’s vibrant culture.
