Associate Principal Chris Stoddard AIA, a leader in the Commercial and Laboratory Centers at Ennead, will speak at Bisnow’s Los Angeles Life Sciences: The Importance of Talent, Demands of Bio-Manufacturing, and Planning for Growth on December 1. He will present on the panel “The Importance of Growth and Building the Community,” drawing from his experience managing complex laboratory and mixed-use projects including The Cove, a nearly 3,000,000 sf science-based mixed-use development in Jersey City, NJ, and 3737 Science Center, a 434,000 sf commercial lab development for Wexford Development in Philadelphia for the Penn Center for Specialty Care.
